Collection: We Love Apples

Åsa Jungnelius is an artist known for her bold feminist perspective. Inspired by the late Ulrica Hydman Vallien—renowned for her expressive depictions of the female form—Åsa created We Love Apples as a tribute to her legacy. The collection also honors Sven X:et Erixon, a fellow admirer of vibrant color, whose influence can be seen in Åsa’s vivid palette and playful forms.

“I want the apples to appear insatiable - delicious and difficult to resist. Much like the biblical apple from the Garden of Eden which Eve took a bite from, despite that it was forbidden”
– Åsa Jungnelius
