Collection: My Palace

The solid cast cubic-shaped house has become an established miniature universe in Bertil Vallien’s workshop. This collection is a classic representation of the artist in many ways, notably constituting his sense of space. These works of glass seem haunted by a floating sphere, a head – or simply by hollowness. In Bertil’s many years of exploring the inherent magic of glass, he always wants us to discover its natural form. So, here again, the focus is all on the glass itself. It is beautiful, playful, and on the verge of the impossible!
