Product Information
The Oracle of Delphi was Apollo’s voice in ancient Greece, expected to answer all human questions. It is a heavy role to bear. Bertil Vallien, who has long moved within the ambiguous landscape of mythology, found here a motif perfectly suited to his poetic temperament. Oracle in bronze, a new small boat—an addition to Vallien’s world-renowned glass vessels that carry figures and forms in a quiet, dreamlike state. The answers it holds remain its own. Oracle is produced in a limited edition of 100 pieces and is cast in Kosta.
