“Thank you! I forget that sometimes. So thank you. Because you fill my day and my life with such joy in all things.”
In the eighties, Swedish glass artist Bertil Vallien created the first Brains – the head, which has become one of his most prominent symbols. Since then, he has made a variety of ‘individuals’ and new expressions that he views as meditative anti-stress objects for both the hand and the eye. You Made My Day is made of neodymium glass with a sandblasted finish. The unique object is handmade at Kosta Glassworks in Sweden and is part of the Kosta Boda Artist Collection. You Made My Day includes a velvet bag and an exclusive gift box.

Bertil Vallien
Bertil Vallien (born in 1938) is an artist who needs no further introduction for anyone who loves the beauty and mystery of glass. During his 60-year career, Vallien has become renowned among glass enthusiasts, primarily for his sand-cast sculptures and especially his world-famous glass ships. “From the very first moment, I was captivated by the seductive properties of glass. I have dedicated my entire life as an artist to exploring and pushing the limits of this material.”
