The Rock collection was created as a tribute and paraphrase to the 50th anniversary of Snowball, Ann Wolff's iconic classic. The familiar, irregular surface is reused, but Crystal Cut is a work of art in its own right. This votive is in colored glass, with a dramatic silhouette and a contemporary color palette. Design by Hanna Hansdotter.

A Punk Baroque Artist

Hanna Hansdotter

Hanna Hansdotter (born in 1984) in Lund, Sweden, is an artist and designer who lives and works in Glasriket (the Kingdom of Crystal) in Southern Sweden. Since graduating from the University of Arts, Crafts, and Design in 2017, her work has received attention, nationally and internationally. Hansdotter works with art glass as well as small-scale productions and public sculptures, most recently a five-meter tall sculpture for Sergelgatan in Stockholm. Her work is often characterized as punk baroque inspired by architecture and ornamentation.
