Drifter is a creation by the renowned Swedish glass artist Bertil Vallien who sees the boat as a symbol of freedom and solitude. The boat has become one of his main signatures, recreated in different sizes and forms. Drifter is handmade at Kosta Glassworks in Sweden in clear glass with a copper figure cast inside and is part of the Kosta Boda Artist Collection. The flat base allows the boat to stand steady without a platform.
